How to Prepare Amazing Choco Swirl Cupcakes
For the little ones, a fast swish of butter cream with a generous coating of colourful sprinkles will be enough, or you may pipe beautiful swirls.
Many types of cupcakes are available, but chocolate remains the most popular. You may use either Dutch-processed or natural unsweetened cocoa powder in this Chocolate Cupcake recipe.
Ingredients
• One can light corn syrup.
• Two tablespoons of baking powder.
• 1-teaspoon sodium chloride
• Softened butter: cup (2 sticks)
• Sugar, one and a half cups
• The eggs are three huge ones that are at room temperature.
• Vanilla bean extract, 2 tsp
• 2/3 cup of milk, split
• Chocolate powder, 13 cup
• One vanilla frosting jar (16 ounces)
• Fudge frosting: 1 (16 oz) package of dark chocolate
Steps
Make sure the oven is preheated to 350°F before beginning. Paper-line two 12-cup muffin pans. Flour, bicarbonate, soda, and salt should be whisked together in a medium bowl. Beat the sugar and butter together until smooth and creamy in a large basin, either by hand or with a stand mixer.
Take one at a time and beat until smooth. After that, add the vanilla. The mixture may seem curdled, but this is OK. Add the flour mixture one-third at a time, stirring until well combined after each addition.
Divide the batter in half and store one half in the refrigerator. The remaining 14 cups of milk and cocoa powder should only be mixed into half the batter.
The vanilla batter should be spooned into prepared cups. Dollop the chocolate batter over the top. Add a second dab of vanilla batter to the mix. Swirl the chocolate & vanilla together with a stick or skewer to combine the flavours.
A toothpick put into the middle should come out clean after about 20 to 22 minutes of baking, depending on the size of the cookie. Remove the cupcakes from the pans and allow them to cool fully on a wire rack before serving.
Fit a big piping bag with a round-tipped nozzle. To make the bag stand upright, place it in a 2-cup cup and fold back its sides. Fill half the bag with vanilla frosting and the other half with chocolate icing. When cupcakes have cooled, use a piping bag to apply frosting onto them.
