PROCESS OF
STORING YOUR LEFTOVER CHOCO LAVA CAKE:
It's recommended to consume Chocolate
Lava Cake right away. We do not recommend you to lose upon the cake's
molten form, melting chocolate lava middle! The more the cake remains after
being withdrawn from the microwave, the more it has to be baked. Because we
want the gooey chocolate lava river to stay fluid, we recommend eating it as
soon as it comes out of the microwave.
You may keep your cooked hot lava cake
in the refrigerator, but it is not recommended to do so. You may lose
the liquid or lava texture in the centre as you prepare, store, and reheat it.
If you wish to keep your baked cakes
refrigerated, cover them separately in plastic wrap and you can preserve
them in the fridge for two to three days. Just keep in mind that when it's
time to eat, your lava cake will have turned into a chocolate cake without the
molten centre.
CAN HOT LAVA
CAKE BE PREPARED IN ADVANCE?
Yes, Choco lava cake can be prepared
in advance! Hot choco Lava Cakes are great because they can be made ahead
of time! You won't need to bake your lava cakes ahead of time because they'll
all be ready to go in the microwave at the same time.
If you're expecting visitors, keep
your hot best choco lava
cake unbaked in your ramekins in the refrigerator for a maximum
of one day. If you're going to do this, be sure to cut parchment paper to
size and place it on the bottom of the ramekins before coating them using
non-stick spray. It will prevent your cakes from sticking to the underside of
the baking dish after they've been resting for a long time before being baked.
Refrigerate the ramekin covered in plastic wrap.
One more way to keep your uncooked molten lava cake refrigerated is to retain the mixture in its stirring bowl, cover it with parafilm, and store it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
